Lymphoma is the third most common cancer in children and constitutes a group of malignant neoplasias derived from B or T lymphocytes. Cutaneous manifestations occur in up to 25% of patients and in 5% of cases they appear as the initial manifestation of the disease. Specific lesions consist of cutaneous nodules that vary from 3 to 20mm in diameter.
