Angioma Serpiginosum

Rare nevoid disorder of the small vessels of the dermis that occurs predominantly in females and usually starts in childhood. The primary lesion is a vascular ectasia that appears clinically as a minute red or purple punctum, frequently with an erythematous background. The condition begins as one or more small lesions and extends slowly over a period of months or years. Lesions usually are seen on the lower limbs and buttocks, but they may affect any part of the body.
