Staphylodermia superficialis diffusa exfoliativa

Definition

Diese Erkrankung wird durch Staphylokokken der Phagengruppe II, Phagentyp 71 verursacht, die das auslösende epidermolytische Exotoxin bilden. Dieses Toxin bewirkt eine akantholytische Spaltbildung in der Epidermis, in dessen Folge oberflächliche, dünne Bläschen und Blasen entstehen, die leicht platzen und zur Ablösung großer Epidermislappen führen. Das Staphylogenes Lyell-Syndrom tritt v.a. in der Kindheit auf.
